THE SUPPLEMENT HQ returns policy.

Incorrect Item Received / Missing Products(flavour/size)

  • - Its paramount to check all flavours/products prior to opening as we can not exchange or refund any product that has been opened.
  • - Please DO NOT OPEN the product or break the seal as it will be classified as damaged. 
  • - In the interest of hygiene we cannot accept any unsealed or opened product for return.
  • - We can only accept returns that are in their original condition.
  • - Please notify us within 7 days within receiving the product.
  • - We can not accept damaged goods for return or exchange.(broken or opened product)
  • - Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund excluding shipping cost. 



  • - We aim to get you exactly what you ordered to you.
  • - In the unlikely event the item you received is incorrect for any reason- please get in touch via email with our Help Team at info@hpnutrition.ie immediately.
  • - Email is monitored daily Monday to Friday.
  • - We will always reimburse you for any postage paid to get an incorrect item returned to us.
  • - You placed your order from our online shop and received the wrong item. That is very inconvenient, and we apologise in case this happens! We ask you to go online and return the item for a refund , We're only human and occasionally mistakes can happen.


Incorrect Address

If you provide an incorrect delivery address and the order is returned to us, or you fail to take delivery, we will either:

  • - Please note, we will not be able to amend a delivery address once the order has been placed.

  • - HP Nutrition.ie accepts no responsibility for deliveries made to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by customers. 


  • - Redeliver the product to the correct address, if provided, subject to payment of additional delivery costs.
  • - Refund the value of the product (excluding delivery costs) dependent on whether it remains in a resalable condition. You will be responsible for any additional charges incurred including re-delivery costs.

If the order is not returned to us, you will not be eligible for a refund or re-delivery. 


Items Damaged in Transit / Missing Items


  • - Please notify within 3 working days.
  • - Photos emailed to info@hpnutrition.ie
  • - Notify courier driver if box is damaged / tampered.
  • - In order to process a refund, damaged products need to be to be returned to our warehouse for an exchange or refund.
  • - Do not dispose of the packaging or item.
  • - There is no costs involve in returning goods damaged in transit.
  • - Once received back into our warehouse, we'll issue a replacement or full refund. 
  • - If the items are visibly damaged on receipt, Please refuse if you wish.



Items Faulty on Arrival

If your items are faulty on arrival, you have 7 calendar days in which to inform us of the fault.

Items should be returned in their original packaging complete with all accessories and documentation. 

Refunds can only be processed once items arrive in our warehouse.

An Post Offer a convenient collection service, (Max cost €6 which we cover).


If you change your mind.

If you have simply changed your mind about any item ordered and you wish to return it.

We cannot accept goods back if you have opened the product and simply do not like the taste.

The item must not be used and must be 'as new' when returned to us.

Once you've informed us that you wish to return goods, you have 7 calendar days to do so, at your own expense. Once the item is received at our premises, we'll issue a full refund for the product to your original payment method minus our original shipping and handling costs.

Images are for Illustration Only. The nutrition facts are based on one particular flavor and were current and accurate to the best of our knowledge at the time they were entered. Some flavors may be different in terms of nutritional information, servings per container, and weight.  Please note that manufacturers often change formulas or ingredients without notifying us.  Please always read the labels, warnings, and directions to ensure it meets your requirements prior to opening or unsealing, using, or consuming a product.


All products sold on this site are not guaranteed effective by the owners of this site; product descriptions are a copy of information found on the manufacturer website. We are not directly responsible for the claims made about the products.

Please be advised we need to be notified of any discrepancies within 48 hours. 

Please note that any fraudulent transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.

"Website" means the website located at www.thesupplementHQ or any subsequent URL which may replace it.

"You/Your" means a user of this Website.

"Personal Information" means the details provided by you when registering on our website.

"Product" means a product displayed for sale on the Website.

“Terms” means the terms and conditions as set out here.

These Terms are provided by HP Nutrition and set out the terms and conditions under which you may use our website. Your use of this website constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, then please do not use our website.

We reserve the right to:

(a) modify or withdraw, temporarily or permanently, this Website (or any part thereof) with or without notice to you and you confirm that we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification to or withdrawal of the Website; and/or

(b) change or revise these terms and conditions from time to time If you do not agree to such amended terms, you must stop using the Website. If you continue to use the Website you will be deemed to have accepted the amended terms.

Changes to these terms and conditions will be effective immediately when they are posted on the website.

You are provided with access to this Website in accordance with these Terms and any orders placed by you must be placed strictly in accordance with these Terms.

Product Pricing

The prices of a product, as displayed on our website, include VAT where relevant, but do not include the delivery charges.  

Making a Purchase

By placing an order through our Website, you warrant that you are:

(a) legally capable of entering into binding contracts;

(b) at least 18 years old.

After placing an order through our website, you will receive an email from us acknowledging that we have received your order. Please note that this does not mean that your order has been accepted. Your order constitutes an offer to us to buy a Product. All orders are subject to acceptance by us, and we will confirm such acceptance to you by sending you an e mail that confirms that the Product has been despatched (the “Confirmation of Despatch”). The contract between us (“Contract”) will only be formed once we send you the Confirmation of Despatch.

The Contract existing then between you and us will relate only to those Products whose despatch we have confirmed in the Confirmation of Despatch. We will not be obliged to supply any other Products which may have been part of your order until the despatch of such Products has been confirmed in a separate Confirmation of Despatch.

In some cases we may refuse to accept an order from you, as a result of one or more of the following:

  • The Product you ordered not being in stock.
  • Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
  • The identification of a pricing or Product description error.
  • You not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in these Terms.



We accept all major credit and debit cards -  Customer credit card information is not stored by us on our servers.

All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.


The delivery period given when you receive your order is approximate. In the unlikely event that an item you ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to inform you of the expected delivery date. Should you subsequently decide not to pursue your order, we will cancel same and issue you with a full refund.

If you are ordering more than one item, again we will contact you to inform you of any goods that are not in stock.


Your Obligations

You agree that:

Any information provided by you will be true, accurate, current and complete in all respects;

You are the authorised holder of any credit/debit card you may use on the website and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover payment of the product(s) ordered;

You agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use;

You are eighteen years old or older. If you are under eighteen, you may only use this site with the agreement of, and under the supervision of, a parent or guardian. If you do not qualify, please do not use this site;
